The important part: this is a parody

Vivrun is a work of parody, satire, and entertainment. The “AI detection”, the longevity model, the estimated date of death, the risk analysis, the model confidence figure, and the recoverable years are all fictional. They are not real medical, actuarial, scientific, or AI-driven assessments, and they do not predict anything about you or anyone else. No part of the scan is diagnostic and no data is used to compute a genuine life expectancy.

The scan exists as marketing for The Second Wind Protocol, which is a real product. The estimate is a creative device intended to be entertaining and to introduce that product. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have concerns about your health, speak to a qualified medical professional.

The AI Deepscan

The Second Wind Protocol includes an optional feature called the “AI Deepscan”. If you choose to use it, you answer a further set of questions and a third-party artificial-intelligence service generates a written analysis from the answers you give. Unlike the on-screen scan output described above (the “AI detection”, the estimated date of death, and the model confidence figure), which remain fictional creative devices, the Deepscan is a genuine AI-generated commentary on what you have told us.

It is still an educational, entertainment-oriented estimate, not a medical test, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment advice, and it is only as accurate as the self-reported answers you provide. It does not establish any doctor-patient relationship. The health and fitness disclaimer, no-warranty, and limitation of liability sections of these terms apply to the Deepscan in full. How your Deepscan answers are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

This site and its products are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using the site or purchasing the guide, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use

You may use the scan for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape its content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, reproduce its output as factual information, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Testimonials, reviews and imagery

Reviews, testimonials, star ratings, aggregate scores, and before-and-after transformation images shown anywhere on this site, including while a protocol is being prepared, are illustrative and AI-generated. They do not depict real customers, real people, or real results, and they are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome. Results vary significantly between individuals. Results described or shown are not typical and should not be expected.

Email and your results

To view your result, you provide your email address at the end of the scan, and we email you a copy of your report. Receiving tips and offers from us is separate and optional: you opt in with an unticked checkbox, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email. Your email and how we handle it are described in our Privacy Policy.

The product, pricing and promotions

The Second Wind Protocol is a digital fitness and lifestyle guide. Prices shown are for that product. Promotional pricing and on-page countdown offers are marketing and may change. Purchasing is handled by a third-party payment provider; their terms and conditions also apply at checkout. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of that third-party provider.

Digital content and your right to cancel

The Second Wind Protocol is digital content supplied immediately upon purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the guide immediately, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content before the end of that 14-day period and you acknowledge that, once download or access has begun, your right to cancel under those Regulations is lost. This does not affect any rights you may have if the content is faulty or not as described.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, code, imagery, and output on this site belong to ColrosaStudios LTD and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission. The Longevity Scan name and brand are trading names of ColrosaStudios LTD.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColrosaStudios LTD and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use this site, reliance on its fictional output, or reliance on any information or content it contains, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the purchase of The Second Wind Protocol is limited to the amount you actually paid for that product.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
